Plywood is highly resistant to many chemicals. It is effectively used in many industrial applications involving contact with chemicals, including dilute acids, alkalies, organic chemicals and many neutral and acid salts, both hot and cold. Exterior glue lines are more chemically resistant to most acids and bases, solvents and petroleum than the wood. Plywood construction with laminates provides ultimate durability & chemical resistance. Baffles & Air foils are used for a constant aerodynamic suction. All the raw materials are chosen in a way to ensure the maximum efficacy & durability of the system.

Single wall fume cupboards are mainly used by educational institutions where the basic experiments are carried out. Whereas, the double wall construction is mainly focused at the research centres & equipped with additional features. Open bypass provides a constant flow rate at different sash positions whereas the Restricted bypass allows the client to effectively use the supply air using a Variable Air Volume system. Fume cupboard services are either installed on a wooden panel under the worktop / mounted on the side posts made of polyester powder coated GI according to the user requirements. Sash movements shall be Vertical, Horizontal or in combination of the both.

Testing for the fume cupboards include Flow velocity, Flow visualization & Air flow monitor calibration. Tracer Gas Containment Test shall be done upon request from client.
